5) Delivery & Pickup

Kern Comforts Furniture does not offer nationwide shipping. We currently provide free warehouse pickup by appointment and local delivery within Bakersfield and surrounding Central Valley communities.

Delivery and pickup scheduling are coordinated after order confirmation. Fulfillment timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to supplier availability, route scheduling, traffic, weather, labor availability, inventory delays, or other factors beyond our control.

6) Returns & Exchanges

Website purchases made through KernComforts.com may qualify for returns or exchanges only under our posted Return & Exchange Policy. Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements, including unused condition, original factory packaging, and complete parts.

Delivery, assembly, labor, and logistics services are non-refundable once completed or scheduled, unless otherwise required by law.

7) Cash Sales & Marketplace Transactions

Purchases made outside of our website may be subject to different terms than website orders. This includes Facebook Marketplace transactions, OfferUp purchases, classified marketplace sales, warehouse deals, cash sales, and promotional inventory releases such as Tuesday Drop specials.
