Returns (Website Orders Only)
Orders placed through KernComforts.com may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
- Item must be unused and unassembled
- Original packaging required
- All parts must be included
- Customer is responsible for return logistics
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- Cash sales and warehouse deals
- Weekly Drop inventory
- Assembled or used items
- Clearance or discounted items
Warranty & Defects
We cover verified manufacturer defects reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

- Missing parts
- Mechanical issues
Claims require photos and order details and are subject to manufacturer approval.

- Damage after delivery
- Fit or measurement issues

Purchase Terms
Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process and may not be canceled once scheduled or processed.
- Deposits secure inventory and are non-refundable
- Delivery & assembly fees are non-refundable
- Ownership transfers upon delivery or pickup
