Returns (Website Orders Only)

Orders placed through KernComforts.com may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Item must be unused and unassembled
  • Original packaging required
  • All parts must be included
  • Customer is responsible for return logistics

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Marketplace purchases (Facebook / OfferUp)
  • Cash sales and warehouse deals
  • Weekly Drop inventory
  • Assembled or used items
  • Clearance or discounted items

Warranty & Defects

We cover verified manufacturer defects reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Structural defects
  • Missing parts
  • Mechanical issues

Claims require photos and order details and are subject to manufacturer approval.

  • Damage after delivery

Purchase Terms
